Can you treat specific problems like grubs, fungus, or bare patches in my lawn?
Diagnosing issues such as grubs, fungus, and bare spots begins with a comprehensive inspection of the lawn. To detect grubs, we search for clear indicators like loose grass or brown patches and might inspect beneath a section of sod for soil-dwelling pests. Fungal issues manifest as discoloration, spotting, or moldy growths on blades of grass, which are often verified by checking soil moisture levels or analyzing samples for spores. In the case of bare spots, we evaluate soil health by testing pH and nutrient content, examine for soil compaction, and consider the amount of sunlight the area receives. These investigative steps help us identify the underlying cause and devise an effective treatment plan to rejuvenate the lawn's health and appearance.
